Our exposure to chemicals and their effects on our bodies regarding metabolism, hormone health, and thyroid, to name a few, but our liver is one we never really consider in our health and fitness journey outside the adverse effects drinking has.
According to the 100s of women I have coached over the last 16 years, I can safely say north of 80% was never talked to about their cycle. The introduction of birth control and its use by women has translated to many women who simply do not know what is normal or not normal once they stop birth control in regards to a menstrual cycle.
