Ashley works daily with women of all backgrounds to teach them how to have a healthier relationship with themselves through education in their health and fitness journey.

She values self-love with a growth mindset that she shares with clients and those around her to lead by example and help others figure out and maintain what their healthiest life could look like.

Working with Ash these last 5 years has taught me so many truths about health and nutrition. It’s a slow and steady journey, not a sprint with a quick destination. Bad/off days happen for everyone, the important thing is to get back on plan the next day and not beat yourself up. When I first came to Ashley for training and nutrition, I had no clue what to expect or how the training would go. I only knew I wanted to compete in a Figure BodyBuilding competition. I had a lot of gut issues that needed attention fast and first! She got right to work fixing my gut issues and overall health and she put me to work with a rigorous but amazing training program. Over the last five to six months, Ashley has eliminated my gut issues and put me on track to compete in the fall! She’s not only helped me physically but mentally as well. Her focus on physical and mental health has been amazing, I never imagined the changes that could and did occur in such a short time. I am so excited to see, with Ashley’s guidance, where we will be taking my body and mind through this next year!

I started working with Ashley after getting engaged to prepare for the wedding. But it has never been about quick fixes or only working towards that one goal. Everything Ashely emphasizes long-term, but sustainable changes to your life so it isn’t something you give up on after you reach whatever your short-term goal is. Ashley also does not only work on improving your physical health, but she will also tackle your mental/emotional health since they are all interconnected. She also won’t ask you to do anything that she would not do herself. So if she asks you to track your positive thoughts throughout the day, she’s going to count hers too. I also know that things are tailored to me and what my individual data says. Ashley will tailor the coaching to what I need, and as a person that loves data- she is sure to include that in the rationale of different parts of our coaching together. But, most importantly, there are always laughs and good conversations along with all of the work we put in together.
