Erin is an integrative and functional nutrition and fitness coach with a focus on hormones and gut health for overall well being. When she isn’t with clients, she’s an avid equestrian, bodybuilder, dog mom, and aspiring interior designer.
Erin intimately understands the struggles of chronic and invisible illness and overcoming self-limiting beliefs. Erin is passionate about helping others learn to properly nourish their bodies and lives, and build strength and confidence through everyday decisions.
