I am a fierce advocate for lifestyle health and nutrition for longevity. I specialize in gut health and hormone optimization for my clients. I also take on powerlifters and bodybuilders to ensure they have a great experience bringing their best potential to competition all while maintaining proper health overall and developing a healthy mindset with themselves and food, as I am a huge foodie that loves to bake and drink coffee!

I have been involved in sports since a young age. I have always had a competitive and ambitious spirit. As a competitive Figure Competitor and Powerlifter, I lead by example for my clients that anything is possible. Ultimately my goal as a coach is to lead others towards their highest potential.

Hi my name is Skye I’ve been working with kayla for about 3 months now. I originally came to Kayla because of some intense gut issues I had for a few years (constipation, bloating, constantly uncomfortable, the whole 9 yards). Immediately Kayla ran her protocol and gave me a meal plan supplement plan, and training plan and started strict from day 1. These past 3 months have honestly been a miracle; it’s incredible how much better I feel in such a short amount of time. All symptoms have subsided, inflammation is down, and I feel better than ever! I can’t thank Kayla enough for being such an amazing coach. She’s so positive and knowledgeable and was my #1 motivator on tough days. It’s time to give credit where credits due… as most of you know, I gained about 50 pounds after high school and then actually lost it all almost 2 years ago. I did the typical “counting calories and constant cardio” diet and it worked, I lost the weight, got to my goal weight…but not my goal body and mindset. Every time I ate..I was miserable, bloated, and food instantly ran right through me and I was finding myself running to the bathroom. My gut was destroyed, my hormones were all whacky, my stress levels were high. Fast forward to about 11 weeks ago when @kaylaforcier came into my life and I refuse to look back. Even though I was hesitant and nervous to try something new, I put all of my trust in Kayla and now here we are, I’m up to about 2000 calories a day, only working out/lifting 3x week and I’m actually letting my body rest AND recover. My gut has been healing, as you can see in the pictures, my bloating has gone down tremendously…I’ve only lost about 5ish pounds since starting but I’m eating MORE and FEEL healthier. It may not have been easy to get out of my previous mindset but kayla has been there for me every step of the way.

Where do I even begin..
Most of my life I’ve struggled with anxiety, no self confidence, and negative feelings towards my own body. I never felt comfortable in my own skin, but within weeks after starting to train with Kayla all of that disappeared. I’ve posted pictures I would’ve never posted before, I wear crop tops and spandex’s to the gym, and I’m starting to see muscles on my body that have never been noticeable. My gut health is astounding, I eat MORE than I ever used to, and I drink water by the gallon. My life has gone on an upward spiral since meeting Kayla and I don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for gaining the confidence to ask her to be my coach. Can’t wait to see where the future brings us on my powerlifting journey ❤️🏋🏼‍♀️
