Landon is a health and fitness coach, bodybuilder, and former collegiate athlete. Since graduating college, Landon has worked alongside many collegiate and professional athletes, but his true love lies with helping general population clients achieve the best version of themselves through Learned Fitness Dynamics.
Landon was fortunate enough to be a part of the 2014 national championship winning team at Cumberland where he learned what a winning culture is supposed to look like. Patience, hard work, and consistency have been the 3 things that Landon believes to be at the root of his success in not only baseball, but bodybuilding and coaching clients. Landon believes that his main purpose in life is to help others achieve goals for themselves that they would have never thought were possible. Landon loves to help out those who lack self belief and self confidence, who have failed multiple times at different diets and programs. Watching a client find a healthy balance between how they want to live their life and reaching their fitness goals is exactly why Landon does what he does.
Landon now works alongside some of the most knowledgeable coaches in the industry, striving every day to serve and lead clients to become their own hero. Landon teaches his clients that through consistent hard work and patience within the program, Long Term Results can be achieved.

My weight loss journey with Landon started two years ago. In my first year of training with Landon he taught me many things. I knew when I started my weight loss journey I needed a trainer who was going to push me to be my best and be my confidence when I didn’t have any. During my first year of training I came in second in the weight loss challenge at the gym. I wouldn’t have been able to do that without his help and guidance each day.
Landon has never given up on me. He continues to push me to be better. I recommend Landon to all my friends because not only does he help you with your weight loss and just being healthy. He helps you gain the confidence you need everyday and you will learn what it’s like to have someone who never gives up on you NO MATTER what. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for Landon.
One of my favorite accomplishments I have with Landon is when I was able to finally leg press 12 plates on each side (24 total plates). I tried for weeks to be able to do this and even wanted to give up because i couldn’t do it… But Landon knew I could and pushed me to keep trying and finally I was able to do 8 reps with 24 total plates. This was such a huge accomplishment for me. I still have a lot of goals to reach still but I have come so far in these last two years.
I started training with Landon Nix a year ago this week. Looking back now I’m really glad I picked the best guy for the job. Landon is a great trainer and I’ve gained more from the experience that I ever thought was possible.
Landon has always been flexible with me when it comes to my schedule, even though he himself has never missed or been late for a single appointment over the last year. Landon is very knowledgeable on a variety of topics including, of course, weight training, but also nutrition, vitamin and mineral supplements, gut health and hormones. The information I’ve learned from him over the last year has helped me make significant improvements in the health conditions I was experiencing when we started training. I’ve worked with trainers and dits in the past but never achieved the level of results I have with him over the last year. All of the suggestions and recommendations that Landon has made for me have been spot on and have allowed me to achieve results I honestly never expected, including: Losing over 30lbs and six inches at the waist while gaining several inches of muscle mass. Completely reversing type 2 diabetes (A1c from 6.5 to 5.3). Reduced cholesterol and lipids by 30%. Reduced the severity of my sleep apnea to the point that I no longer have to use a machine. Being classified as ‘low risk’ lowered my insurance premiums hundreds of dollars a year. Working with Landon truly changed my life.
I’ve been training with Landon for almost two years and have felt such a change in my overall health. We have been working on my gut health and hormones with supplements. I used to have horrible PMS and it has basically disappeared. I’m still working on keeping stress levels down, and with his training technique, I am definitely recovering from my workouts much better than when I used to do to much high-intensity training. I have finally gotten to where I truly enjoy tracking macros because it makes me feel so much better! On top of feeling better, I also feel so much stronger and truly love lifting weights!
