Exhausted, Irritable, and Unmotivated
In today’s Whiteboard Wednesday video, I discuss Adrenal gland dysfunction further.
Hypoadrenalism is where your body is no longer producing cortisol at optimal levels and your adrenals have gone “kaput” for lack of a better word.
This happens when chronic stress is present for too long and your hormones are overworked and subsequently drained.
Symptoms such as fatigue, hypothyroidism, irritability, excessive sleep, and inconsistent temperatures are just some of the issues you could be encountering that are common with hypoadrenalism.
In this video, I go over the reasons why you might have hypoadrenalism, symptoms of it, what a normal cortisol pattern should be, and some ways you can help turn the tide against the symptoms you are suffering from.
